Sysco Denver has selected Seattle Fish Company as its fresh seafood supplier.
The partnership joins a 95-year-old distributor with Sysco, one of the largest food distribution giants in the United States, whose Denver branch has been around for 60 years.
“The decision is forward looking and largely based on our ability to grow sales together,” says Greg Warner, regional sales manager for Sysco Denver of the partnership. “We believe Seattle Fish Company best represents our ability to grow the category in the years to come.”
Denver-based Seattle Fish supplies restaurants, hotels, caterers and groceries in the Rocky Mountain region; and Sysco Denver is the largest food service distributor in the region.
The deal took effect on Monday.
