Product Satisfaction & Return Policy

At Seattle Fish and Lombardi Brothers Meats, we take quality very seriously. Our commitment is to deliver products that ensure your 100% satisfaction. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality proteins, with our team members checking for freshness and quality throughout the entire process, from our dock to your door.

We are also Safe Quality Food (SQF) Level 3 Certified, meaning we adhere to exceptional quality control and food safety practices, verified by a third-party audit.

Return Policy:

  • Returns or refusals must happen at the time of delivery. Please review the invoice with the driver when your order arrives.
  • Concerns or returns for dark drop deliveries must be communicated on the same day as the delivery.
  • Any issues with concealed product damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Special order items or closeout items are non-returnable.
  • Products returned for reasons other than verified quality issues, sales errors, or fulfillment errors will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • All perishable items must be returned within 48 hours of delivery with a valid return authorization provided by customer service.
  • Perishable items must be kept refrigerated below 38℉, and frozen items must be held at 0-10°F to maintain proper food safety.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with original labels, free of written markings or additional stickers.
  • Items returned in unsellable condition may not qualify for credit, which will be determined after inspection.

Cancellation Policy:

  • For special order items or J.I.T (Just In Time) items, please contact sales support as soon as possible.
  • If your order has begun processing or if the inventory has been secured, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Will Call Orders:

  • Will call orders are final sale. Any will call order that is not picked up same day will be charged a 20% restock fee.
