Seattle Fish Company offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you do happen to receive a product you are unsatisfied with, please follow our return policy procedure below.

Return Policy:

  • Any concerns with our product should be communicated with your sales representative or sales support within 24 hours of receipt and returned to Seattle Fish Co. within 48 hours.
  • Frozen product is to be kept frozen, and fresh product must be stored below 38 degrees until picked up by a Seattle Fish Co. driver.
  • Product returns need to be kept in the original condition as shipped (in the original box with packing label, accompanied with ice).
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product by our Quality Control Team, Seattle Fish Co. will determine the appropriate credit within a week.
