The Colorado Restaurant Association hosted the 23rd Blue Ribbon Reception last week at the Grand Hyatt Denver. This event marks the first day of the new legislative session and the Colorado Restaurant Association is honored to be able to host the legislators on the festive day. It’s our opportunity to speak to legislators and tell them about the issues that are important to the success of the hospitality industry. Everyone enjoyed food and drink with beautiful views of the mountains and visited with Colorado’s legislatures and CRA members. Governor John W. Hickenlooper joined the event and spoke to the crowd as well.
Seattle Fish Company was thrilled to be the only vendor to participate. Our crack culinary team comprised of Rachel Nobrega, Kristen Lillie, and Patrick Wagner prepared crabcakes and wild Mexican white shrimp for attendees. Thank you to the restaurants that joined us and the attendees who devoured the food! We had a great time.
