Seattle Fish Co. is excited to be a Lead Sponsor for The 2014 Chef’s Collaborative Sustainable Food Summit within our home state this fall. Chefs Collaborative was founded 20 years ago and works to fix the broken food system by engaging chefs in a network that inspires and educates them to change how they source, cook and serve food. This will be the 6th Annual Summit for Chef’s Collaborative and will bring hundreds of chefs and food professionals together from across the country to share ideas and get inspired! One of the days of the summit there will be a guided tour of a hidden and historic trout hatchery in downtown Boulder, followed by fly fishing casting lessons by one of our own, Chad Pettrone, an Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide.

The afternoon will conclude with lunch at Centro Latin Kitchen where Patrick Dunaway, an aquaculture specialist for Open Blue Cobia and Chad Pettrone will speak with the group. Additionally, Seattle Fish will be hosting a ‘Trashfish Dinner’ one evening, which will allow chefs to get their hands on underutilized and bycatch species.
