Sea Pact recently announced their second request for grant proposals, aiming to select a project in line with their goal to advance environmentally sustainable fisheries and aquaculture practices and provide the building blocks of a long term and sustainable seafood industry. Fishery and Aquaculture Improvement Projects, habitat restoration efforts, scientific research and other projects are encouraged to apply for the grant. Proposals are due by January 28, 2014 and grant recipients will be announced in March.
