The 2014 AFDO (Association of Food and Drug Officials) Annual Educational Conference came to the Mile High City this year! The conference was co-hosted by the Western Association of Food and Drug Officials, and our very own Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager for SFC, Ken Boyer, led a Seafood HACCP Training Session. Additionally, Seattle Fish Co. hosted a culinary event for the conference attendees. The Monday night event was a one-stop passport to a true foodie journey! We all enjoyed a relaxing evening of music, friends and beautiful scenery while sipping and sampling offerings from some of Denver’s finest chefs, brewers and distillers.
