Trash Fish – Sustainable Dinner at Squeaky Bean

Not only are we bringing in the by-catch, but we are celebrating the fish at an upcoming sustainable seafood dinner at the Squeaky Bean with Chef’s Collaborative. On July 28th, highly acclaimed local and national chefs will prepare some of the best seafood you’ve NEVER tried at this Trash Fish Dinner. Since early 2013 Chefs Collaborative has been holding Trash Fish Dinners around the country to bring attention to undervalued and underutilized species of fish. Chef’s Collaborative has been encouraging chefs and diners to focus on fish that have historically been left off menus to help to take pressure off of overfished species, and help support our fishing communities.
