This past Mother’s Day Weekend, Seattle Fish Co. packed our knives and headed to Whole Foods’ newest location in Frisco, Colorado. As a thanks to one of our best customers, The Whole Foods Markets, we took one of our best cutters out of the processing room and let him show off knife skills to the good people of Frisco! Cesar Marquez, of SFC, made short work of some Alaskan king salmon, a whole swordfish from the Gulf of Mexico, true American red snappers and an Alaskan halibut. Once the fish was cut, the Whole Foods team seasoned and cooked-to-order!
