With some great new partnerships and the dedication of our long-time retail and restaurant customers, comes the need to knock down some walls and make room for more fish. Seattle Fish Co.’s fresh cutting department is currently 10,000 square-feet and we will be doubling its size over the next few weeks. With over ninety percent of our business being fresh, never frozen seafood the time for a larger production room is now! The trench drains are complete, the new floor is finished and it’s about time to make the move. This means more capacity for customized cutting, greater efficiencies, and streamlined workflow so we can better serve our customers.
