Seattle Fish will be partnering for our third year with The Monterey Bay Aquarium in both the Sustainable Foods Institute and the concurrent Cooking for Solutions. The Sustainable Foods Institute is an invite only event that brings together top food writers, innovative food growers, and thought leaders from around the nation for two days of presentations and discussions about our food systems. Cooking for Solutions is a ‘sustainable feast’ that will be hosted this year May 16-18 at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and represents a major source fundraising effort for the aquarium. It is three days of food from over ninety chefs and beverages from seventy wineries and breweries. Seattle Fish Co. will be donating Arctic Char fillet for the event as well as a 6-month membership to Chef’s Fresh Fish’s ‘Fish of the Month Club’, which will be part of the event’s online auction. The general public can purchase tickets to the event online.
