MEET THE TEAM

When it comes to getting fresh seafood in the Rockies, nobody knows the industry like Seattle Fish Co. In 1918, Mose Iacino built a thriving business centered on ingenuity, customer service and quality seafood. Nearly a century later, Mose’s son, Edward Iacino, carries on the tradition as chairman, while his grandson, James Iacino, serves as president and CEO. Our owners and executive team hold a combined 135 years of experience in bringing delicious, fresh seafood to the communities in which we live and serve. And although Seattle Fish Co. has grown exponentially, we remain a family company at heart.

Growing up in the business, James takes his role at Seattle Fish personally, working to sustain its top-tier status and continuing to deliver on its legacy of customer service and quality products. He’s a recognized leader within the industry, graduating from the National Fisheries Institute’s Future Leaders program, serving on the Cooking Matters Colorado board of advisors, and chairing Chefs Up Front, which raise funds to end childhood hunger in Colorado.

Jeff Greer

Director of Finance and Human Resources
As CFO and HR director, Jeff embodies Seattle Fish Co.’s commitment to quality products and smart business relationships from the inside out. He manages the finance and human resources departments, and is responsible for the financial oversight of the organization, as well as supporting and developing employees. Jeff has the rare ability to make finance accessible and works hard to ensure that the finance department serves as a resource to other departments. While his focus may be finance, he makes it a priority to fully integrate himself into every aspect of the business. It’s not unusual to find Jeff in production, observing the cutters, checking in with sales or working side by side with production.

Chris Crawford

Director of Operations
Although the newest member of the Senior Leadership Team, Chris has over 10 years of warehouse and operations experience in ``big box``, e-commerce and distribution logistics. His past roles have been in facility start-ups, distribution center design, and operations management, all within a high-tech and high-volume environment. Chris' new role is to oversee production and daily operations while taking care of his employees and our customers.

Chris was born in California, but recently moved to Colorado with his wife and four children: three girls and a boy. Now he cannot envision living anywhere else than the state of Colorado.
